Determine required Change Stream storage space

We can enable the change stream on prod sooner rather than later to determine the exact amount of extra storage required for holding the change stream data. We should start with the typical retention of 7d.

Is that what this issue is asking for ultimately? It’s also not entirely clear to me what we are going to do with that information. It is this about determining the retention period for prod?
