Initial Apple Pencil activation latency before stroke begins #694

Thank you for the excellent work on this project. I’ve noticed an issue when using the Apple Pencil as an input device: there appears to be a noticeable initial latency at the moment the tip first touches the screen. The first response is delayed by roughly 200-300 ms before the stroke begins to register, after which the input becomes perfectly smooth. This “activation delay” seems separate from the ongoing input latency.
From my observation, this behaviour has persisted across multiple versions, so it does not appear to be related to a specific driver version. Could you please confirm whether this is an expected limitation or something that may be addressed in a future update?
