chore: add CI/release workflows, update README for v0.1.0

- CI workflow: build + test on push/PR to main
- Release workflow: GoReleaser cross-compiles on tag push
- GoReleaser config: linux/darwin/windows, amd64/arm64
- README: add config system, help screen, settings editor, release link
- CONTRIBUTING.md: setup, build, PR guidelines
