Add toggle for disabling home screen (app drawer only) #198

Description

@evavh

In my search for the most minimal launcher I found CCLauncher, and it's exactly what I was looking for! Especially the option to lock the settings makes it stand out from the others that I've tried.

I do have an idea that would make the launcher even more minimalist, and that is an option to hide the home screen, and only have the app drawer screen as launcher. In my case, this would mean that if I press the home button, CCLauncher immediately opens the app drawer with the search bar selected and the keyboard up.

I currently have the home screen set as an empty black screen, which works fine, but this would eliminate that one final swipe to open the app drawer. It would also be less confusing for other people using my phone, who would be met by "Search apps..." with a keyboard instead of an empty void that requires some mysterious gesture to activate. ;)

One issue I see for implementing this, is that the home screen is the only place where you can open the settings by long-pressing. There would need to be a way to open the settings from the app drawer to prevent locking the user out of settings entirely.
