Bug - Adding Potential Link - Unexpected behavior when both a custom value is present and the fact source box is checked

Description: When adding a potential link, if you provide BOTH a custom value and select a fact source for a single fact, multiple links are queued. I do not believe this behavior is intuitive for an end-user.

Recommended Fix: Do not allow for both custom values and fact source values to be provided for the same fact. If you select the fact source, you should delete the corresponding custom value. If you start typing a custom value, unselect the fact source.
