Request for hardcoded url versioning

Feature request:
Sub directories for each version of MITRE ATT&CK® released, to allow to pull older versions when specifying a version.

I.E:

• Instead of: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mitre/cti/master/enterprise-attack/enterprise-attack.json
• Becomes: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mitre/cti/master/enterprise-attack/11.1/enterprise-attack.json

So users can specifically access versions, to allow for deps not to break due to upgrading attack structures.
By all means, continue keeping the first URL dedicated to "latest" if that's preferred, and does not break current structures.

Not quite that format, but we tag releases so that you can do exactly this... https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mitre/cti/ATT%26CK-v11.1/enterprise-attack/enterprise-attack.json is the URL you want for that example.
