NuGet Release #54
Description
I'm using Substrate in a project of mine, and I'm not especially keen on either including the whole Substrate source or working with a precompiled DLL.
A NuGet release would be incredibly convenient. I'd even be happy to manage the publishing and maintenance myself, if the author(s) are too busy to do it themselves.
