Have a bit of correspondence with mikael. He asked me to create an issue here:

I notice that node.couchapp.js doesn't seem to be maintained anymore. There are a few outstanding pull requests and issues, and the last code change seems to have been made a few months ago.

I'm using this for a project that several people will probably end up working on across several systems, and I see a lot of room for improvements. If you don't have time to maintain the project anymore, could you:

1. Point me in the direction of a similar project that is maintained including a fork of node.couchapp.js
2. Make mine the canonical fork (I'll work to maintain this) and allow me to publish to npm.

i think there are still some maintainers here that i'd like not to lose in a move. but i'm more than willing to add you as a collaborator here and add you to npm in order to publish.
