This Shiny app allows users to log in with their Synapse credentials and analyze their transcriptomics data in Synapse. A user must have been granted access to a projects in Synapse in order to view its data.
This project was built from this simple Shiny + Synapse template. All development instructions can be found in the README in that repo.
