WinRT UWP OpenCl not available #75
Description
I've noted that OpenCl is nit available for UWP opencv and is disabled in make.
Can anyone assist in providing a winrt for UWP build in which OpenCl works. My application needs more speed and not abke to use the intel GPU due to this.
Any help or guidance will be much aporeciated.
