Making it a variable for each config seems like a standard implementation choice.

☑️ Acceptance Criteria

1. A variable named model_deployments should exist.
2. The SKU should have a default value of GlobalStandard and 50. Users should only have to provide model name, version and format.
3. The default value for model_deployments should match the values currently hard-coded & defined in the common_models module.
