Redownload videos that don't meet the target resolution

Now that get_best_video_format got reworked is there a way to get rid of the hundreds of 360p videos I have where a higher resolution version exist?

I would delete the source and add it again but there are tons of videos that got deleted from Youtube since I downloaded them and I'm afraid of losing them.

Is there any other way?

I'd probably start with sync.tasks.upgrade_media:

If you can get a query set of the media you want to try to download again, you can loop over that and schedule a task for each one.
