Change ignore list to include .DS_Store

Would be good for pilosa to ignore some files by default, like .DS_Store.

Same thing for ._ AppleDouble files: the agent is now spending a lot of time (and token) deciding whether to ignore these files or not. Same for .obsidian, etc.

Triage: Ignore .DS_Store — enhancement. Framework already skips macOS metadata in several paths; confirm desired scope (import vs glob vs gitignore). Non-blocking.
