Triage (2026-07-31): Workspace updater now retires pilosa-* agent files inside managed dirs (.agents/, .codex/, …) and seeds framework checksums so Spinosa agent defs can refresh. Please upgrade the workspace (spinosa update) on current beta and confirm whether Codex warnings remain.
