Implement Header filter - Set filter

Functionalities:

• Set filter - an additional type of filter in the form of a search input and a list of options with checkboxes (similar to a multiselect with a search option). Filtering in this case involves selecting/deselecting available options. The search input of this filter only allows for searching through the list of available options.
