Fix documentation CI

I couldn't make it work by manually setting paths ... 

It worked when I manually built out of `tox` environment and then it also fails in the CI (it's not caught btw) with same error message.
So I think once we make it work under `tox` environment, CI will also works.

I'd rather fix it after we fix some interfaces and fix issue #16
