In the original you get 8 Fuel on medium setting of all resources. If two resources were poor and one medium or 3 poor you get 7 fuel. If two is rich and one medium or 3 rich you start with 9 fuel. All other settings you start with 8. i.e. you get ± 1 fuel for being 2 steps removed from medium resources.
In the original you get 12 raw material and ± 1/2 if you are 1 or 3 steps removed from medium resources.
In MAXr you get raw material/fuel in you start mining station only dependent on the same resource setting and it is changed much more.
