This model and simulation don't take into account new riders/lost riders when adding/subtracting stations. Surely, when a new station is added, people who weren't riding before begin riding, and vice versa for a station's subtraction. Predicting those values, though, is complex enough that it may merit it's own project, and likely connects to the POI model I mentioned in another issue.
