Discussion: Other time series metrics to visualize from core library?

Should we explore any other time series metrics to compute in real time as options to visualize (beyond population entropy and unique expressions?)

This may help prototyping and analysis of experiments.

Some ideas:

1. Visualize the most dominant/frequently occurring expressions during each collision
2. Visualize how the expressions change over time as more and more collisions happen (is there a constant replacement of new expressions as collisions go on over time?)- I was reading a little bit up on the Jaccard index to represent species turnover after I saw its use in the analysis.rs file, is this a concept that has already been considered?
