Definign index number in preferences does not seem to change the default #82

I have set up the plugin in ST4 and it works like a charm. It makes navigating files and folders so much easy and in fewest keystrokes and movements as possible. It goes perfectly with NeoVintageous.
It's nothing that ruins the experince in any way or form, but when defining "default_index": 1, in FileManager specific preferences it does not change the behaviour at starting the index count at 1 and specifying a 0 is still a possibility.
Let me know if I can test something in case you are not able to replicate this.
