[Feature Request]: option to select diffusing species when calling get_msd_plot in 'sites' mode

Problem

@shyuep could you please add the feature to plot only diffusing species with the sites mode of get_msd_plot. Because now it looks like in the picture and it is a bit messy and for example

msd_plot_anal.figure.tight_layout()

is not working
