[Feature request] ScaleBar nautical miles

Add option to have nautical miles as scale bar units, same as web

Why

Web has this feature, to have consistency with maps on the web app and mobile apps (especially for apps supporting more platforms) and use for maritime on mobile

Current limitation

This needs to be first added to android and iOS SDK
