[Feature] Add an OR keyword to the binding config

Adding an OR keyword to the bindings command so if the first command fails, for example using a scroller command on another layout it can have a fallback, allowing the same binding do several things depending on the context.

You can already do that by doing this: " bind = SUPER, KEY,spawn_shell, command_1 || command_2 "

I use it for worf(wofi alternative),so when I press the keybind, worf will be spawned OR closed:

"bind = SUPER, Tab, spawn_shell, killall worf || worf --show auto --prompt $(date +%H:%M)"

I understand that, however you would have to do convoluted stuff like this to conditionally access internal commands:

bind=SUPER,Right,spawn_shell,LAYOUT="$(mmsg -gl)"; if [ "${LAYOUT##* }" == "S" ]; then mmsg -d scroller_stack,right; else mmsg -d exchange_client,right; fi

which works, but it could be easily solved in one of two ways, making mmsg -d <cmd>,<args> have an exit error code when it fails so that we can do stuff like this instead:

bind=SUPER,Right,spawn_shell,mmsg -d scroller_stack,right || mmsg -d exchange_client,right

or having an OR keyword or using || makes it like this:

bind=SUPER,Right,scroller_stack,right,OR,exchange_client,right
bind=SUPER,Right,scroller_stack,right || exchange_client,right

Which is way more readable and doesn't require you to know how to script in bash to be able to do some basic stuff in the compositor.

@kanvolu Then I can give even easier solution for issue: make commands like "mmsg -d scrolled_stack, right" return error ( status 1 ) if this layout is already applied
