LSP/treesitter/formatter for config file (like Kitty/Hyprland)

Add editor tooling for config files LSP (autocompletion/validation/hover), Treesitter grammar, and formatter like hyprls,tree-sitter-hyprlang and tree-sitter-kitty-conf.

I think that it would be better for mangoWM to stay lightweight ( It's one of it's main ideas, by the way ).

But that would be not a bad add-on, so it would be better to just like ( 👍🏻 ) the issue about add-ons ( plugins ) support:

I feel like Mangowm config is so simple by nature that you don't even need those features, just read wiki and use mango -p because:

1. LSP is for programming languages, while Mango's config is not written in one
2. Config is written with setting=value which is simple enough to not rely on treesitter/linter
3. Mantaining all those tools can become a burden while there are other more useful features that need implementing
