GCW Zero shot timer corruption bug #2

As of 7dc1058 a bug on the GCW Zero device is sometimes seen where when you join a game, the shot reload timer is a very high number and you are unable to fire. Relaunching the client seems to correct the issue. This issue is very difficult to reproduce. It only seems to show up when the device is turned on and the game is launched for the first time in several weeks. My extensive efforts to diagnose this issue have so far been unsuccessful, mostly due to the difficulty of reproducing it. Debugging the build in gdb has yielded nothing useful, nor has running through Valgrind yielded any errors that have any clear relation to this issue. I have not been able to reproduce this issue at all when running the GCW Zero branch on a desktop PC under Linux.
