Update tasks guide

I just noticed this page https://luckyframework.org/guides/command-line-tasks/built-in was a little out of date:

* Says "Generated with lucky --help", but it would now be "lucky tasks"
* Need to ensure this list is actually up-to-date
* Add mention of running tasks that are raw Crystal files (must be named `lucky.whatever.cr` )
