Found an issue with this app on the latest OC version.
If you create a user "JohnDoe" the otp app will create a sql entry with "johndoe" which then leads to the problem that the OTP key will not be applied to to the user however if you want to create the key again the app says "check app rights" changing the name manually solves the issue
