Primary change:

Updates how the applet icon color is changed, so all colors appear correctly on lighter color themes. This is done by styling the icon directly instead of swapping it out for colored SVGs.

Other minor changes:

Removes locally stored icon SVGs following above update
Moves constants declarations to separate file for readability
Improve applet screenshot and description
