Summary
I've experienced this like around 2-3 times when I installed KA-Lite on Windows 10. The command prompt seems to wait for the return key in order to execute the next command or to proceed with the installation.
Maybe this is one reason why javascript assets aren't being loaded properly?
I think we should hide the command prompt from the users, the same with Kolibri installer.
