Symlinking .kalite folder breaks Nginx configuration

## Summary

Quite a common use case:

 1. User has no space on device with `~/.kalite`
 1. Creates a symlink to an external drive
 1. Nginx refuses to read files because of permission stuff

Needs more investigation, but the fix will be to allow this sort of setup through the Nginx config.
