Fix interop tests after #282

[kamilsa]

#282 introduces aggregator role, committee aggregation. Replaces latest_{new|known}_attestations with latest_{new|known}_aggregated_payloads

Due to these changes new interop tests are not passing. They were temporary skipped.

Tests should be fixed and unskipped
