Feature Request: Fabric Support

You've prompted me to open a ticket on Discord, so here goes. Dynmap has Fabric support and it would be amazing for us to be able to use ChunkyMap on Fabric servers.

I have a fork for Fabric: https://github.com/Dantevg/ChunkyMap/tree/chunky-2.4. ¹ There is very little that actually needed to change from Spigot to Fabric, almost all the core code is left untouched.

We're using an older version of my fork on our 1.21.4 server and that has worked well enough. We haven't yet updated our server to 1.21.10 so I can't be certain, but the latest commit seems to work from my very basic testing.

• Dynmap-3.7-beta-11-fabric-1.21.9-10.jar
• fabric-api-0.138.3+1.21.10.jar

@leMaik if you'd like, I can create a pull request. I will need to do some clean-up before the code would be ready for a PR though. Some considerations:

• I separated ChunkyMap into 3 packages: core functionality, Spigot plugin and Fabric mod.
  • This means that all files have moved to a subdirectory and Github doesn't seem to recognise this in its changes comparison.
• I didn't really look at the Spigot plugin package, so that may not work.
• The fork uses Gradle, not Maven, since Gradle is the usual choice for Fabric mods. My Gradle/Maven knowledge is only through trial and error and Stackoverflow, so there will probably be mistakes.
