I have found a really confusing thing in migrations with SqlServerGrammar.
It is about datetime column. As we can see here when precision is set migration will create column with datetime2 type but in other case it will be datetime type.
Also I have found this PR where trouble was fixed. As we can see in both cases column will be with datetime2 type.
