Separate mutagen sync per project

I think I read somewhere in the readme or on Reddit that there was support for per project sync but I noticed in a97446c that there is now only a single global sync.

My ~/dev folder is hundreds of GB so it can’t realistically sync that into my 80GB Claude sandbox VM :)

Would you be open to adding per project sync settings? Thanks!🙏

yeah sure! I think there are some dead code parts of the codebase for an initial support to that, but since I use a single global folder (I created a ~/remote folder just for that), then I didn't move forward with allowing per project

go ahead if you want to send a PR, the only thing to care for is to not having duplicate and overlapping folders, and be sure to open and close the mutagen sessions if there are no longer any remote sessions for the project, because leaving many mutagens open can at times be quite cpu intensive I found

@torarnv btw I just pushed a bunch of fixes and improvements for the mutagen sync and worktree resolution when pointing claude to remote, plus UI track of the sync status, it's great now, give it a rebase!
