Use dedicated mutagen data dir

I noticed the sync status shows my existing mutagen sessions. Would it make sense to use MUTAGEN_DATA_DIRECTORY to isolate the ones managed by KanbanCode?

that was on purpose as I was developing and wanted to see the mutagen status of sessions I was running also outside kanban code, but I guess yeah it makes sense, feel free to send a PR!
