Greek texts seem to use modern Greek instead of Koine Greek

This is confirmed for StatResGNT (by using the upstream sources, it would be possible to use the Koine Greek variants), but not yet for LXX.

In the future, all texts should use Koine Greek since it is the language of the old manuscripts. Until then, showing texts in Koine Greek fonts are misleading, and this should be disabled in the whole program.
