Gene Page

The Gene page will summarize the aggregated germline and somatic variants across and within cancer types. The page will be geared with interactive features, including:

• A searchable and sortable table of all germline and somatic variants (linking to the Variant page)
• Variant annotations from various sources such as ClinVar, OncoKB, and gnomAD
• A mutation lollipop diagram visualizing all germline and somatic mutations
• Variant filtering (interacting with the table and lollipop diagram) by different criteria, including cancer type, germline/somatic status, mutation type, and biallelic inactivation
• The option to select different transcript isoforms for mapping the variants
• Links to other gene resources, including RefSeq, Ensembl, CCDS, and UniProt.
