The Landscape page will give an interactive view of germline variant landscape in cancer, featuring:

• A table of prevalences of germline and somatic variants (one gene per row, linking to the Gene page)
• A prevalence heatmap of pathogenic germline variants (genes vs tumor types)
• Comparison of prevalences of somatic vs pathogenic germline variants (scatter plot with one gene per dot)
• Comparison of frequencies of somatic biallelic inactivation of pathogenic vs benign variants (scatter plot with one gene per dot).
