face capture stability and tracking 

currently the system just looks for a HAAR face classifier, need to add logic to check for eyes inside a target face and not count unless face has eyes, further smoothing algo to subtract false negatives, like when the system doesn't find a face, to not have it throw out all the face and remove it from the window.
