Bug with the separating line in EDLogo

It seems that the separating line sometimes disappears in the positive or negative axis when the other axis is very strongly represented in the logo plot

Fixed this issue for the PSSM and the EDLogo plots...but I am keeping this open because users can encounter this problem in some crazy looking examples.
