New release please

The latest release 3.7.0 does not accept the latest libkiwix relase:
```
meson.build:21:15: ERROR: Dependency "kiwix" not found, tried pkgconfig
```
Can you please make a new release that does?

(I'm currently trying to package this for pkgsrc.)
