Publish macOS Electron packages compatible with High Sierra and Mojave #778
Description
There are some OS versions that Kiwix Desktop does not run on. Notably Linux 32bit systems (for which we still publish an Electron version), Windows 7+ 32bit and ARM (ditto), and macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) / 10.14 (Mojave). As it would be an easy tweak to set the Electron version at v26.6.10 (the last to support 10.13+) when building the macOS packages, we should test that scenario, particularly as regards the File System Access API, and persistent permissions.
