act-js doesn't work on ARM Macs. Looks like it bundles act binary, but x86 one, which causes problems.
To Reproduce
Run tests from https://github.com/kiegroup/github-action-build-chain on an ARM Mac.
Expected behavior
act-js works properly on ARM Macs.
