Feature suggestion: allow customizing the color of messages

I am colorblind, and I have difficulty distinguishing between questions (User) and answers (Assistant).

Could it be possible to customize the color of messages based on their type: "User messages," "Assistant text", "Thinking blocks", "Tool calls", "Code blocks"?
