Limitation of making 'slave' device(Aggregator port) 'Admin Down' before 'Attaching' it to 'Master' device(Aggregator) #65
Description
As per IEEE802.3AD, there is no mention of 'Admin Down' of slave device before attaching to master device.
Even though 'Admin Down' is temporary, it still affects other traffic or other L2 protocols running on that specific slave interface.
Is it possible to remove this limitation ? Will there be any side-effect if we remove this limitation ?
