Show Line Number in Query Results

Request for an option to show the original line number in the CSV file (instead of the sequence row numbers).

This would be cool, but is messy to implement... There is no good place to store the original row number, except in the table itself. Then it would create a new column that would have to be filtered out everywhere.

I made a branch with some tests, but not entirely happy with the solution.
