Edit school page has a show link that goes to the department list

Describe the bug
Links are not clearly displaying where they are actually going.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. on the "edit school" page, there's a link to "Show."
2. Click that link. Takes you to "departments."

Expected behavior
Probably should just be removed. Could also be renamed.
