HTML/XML character entities are not converted properly

There're certain character entities such as the apostrophe (') that somehow showed its HTML/XML character entity name (') instead.

For example, the lyric at [01:08.96] should be:

[01:08.96]Now I'm feeling u

but instead the app outputs:

[01:08.96]Now I'm feeling u

There're also several other lyrics (in this song) that are not converted properly, for example:

[01:20.35]Won't u let it go and don't you know

or

[01:28.88]It's alright baby don't cry

(I'm assuming the problem probably occurs with other character entities too, but the apostrophe (') is the most commonly seen)
