The `user` parameter is always "???" on the command runner.

I can't figure out if NIOSSH can track a username from authentication into the ChannelHandler.

It doesn't look like there is support for this. While I work this with NIOSSH I'll leave the command in the API for a future day when it works.

Just don't expect it to work right now.
