Standalone installation with vim Plug

It would find it nice to be able to get a working setup directly from vim Plug, without the need for a separate installation process for https://github.com/jannis-baum/vivify. It would not only make it easier to get started, but it could also handle updates more smoothly.

Hello again! After talking about this a bit and reconsidering we decided that we don't want the Vim plugin to install Vivify. Some of our reasoning:

1. The mechanism would have to check which system the user is on, find a suitable path to install to, and manage dependencies of Vivify. All of these are things that are complicated and error-prone. Besides this, there are tools made for exactly this: package managers.
2. Adding this makes the plugin a lot more complex which goes against the design goal of Vivify to have editor plugins be as simple as possible while keeping as much functionality as possible in the main repo.
3. We think it's fair to assume that whoever uses vivify.vim has Markdown files to read, meaning installing Vivify on PATH and not only in some Vim-related directory makes sense for them.

The core issue that we have here is probably actually just that there aren't packages for enough systems/package managers for Vivify. This is something we're aware of but that is hard for us to manage alone because we only use Arch and macOS. I'll add a paragraph to Vivify's README soon saying that contributions for packages are especially welcome.

I was imagining something like an installation from a system independent package manager npm, but looks like vivify has system dependencies so I can see you point.

Having a .deb package would be fantastic, I might be interested to look into it but don't use a Debian-based distro myself.
